Found this list, and (while I have a few modifications of my own when grocery shopping), thought it was a great starting point for anyone interested in switching up their diet. ย Once you dive into this world and realize how much better everything tastes, how much lighter you feel, and how much healthier you look, you’ll understand why there’s no such thing as deprivation when you balance.
